Digital fine art portraits are created with photographs taken either on location or in the studio.

These differ from photographic portrait sessions, particularly with more focus placed on the pursuit of a single image rather than a collection of photographs for an album.  However, the finished piece is often drawn from several photographs taken on the day in an attempt to capture the true spirit and character of the subject.  Unlike the exact replication of a photograph, digital fine art portraits are interpretive and as such can be edited more freely.

The finished portraits are printed onto archival fine art canvas which is stretched by hand, varnished, and framed according to the client's preference.
